Meet the Team

  • Julian Riley

    FOUNDER

Julian Riley, a second-generation St. Petersburg native, went from a standout Lakewood High School athlete to earning a full-ride football scholarship at the University of Florida before completing his degree at the University of South Florida. After a brief stint in the NFL and arena football, he returned home to care for his mother during her battle with lupus—an experience that opened his eyes to the need for culturally sensitive, accessible healthcare. That commitment led him to co-found We Care LF Inc., which partners with organizations across Pinellas County to expand affordable healthcare, including operating alongside PERC, the county’s sole infectious disease elimination program. Beyond his professional work, Julian serves as a coach, mentor, and board advisor for youth development initiatives, and is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

  • Marquis Davis

    CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Marquis Davis now resides in Atlanta after time in Florida, carrying with him an early awareness of healthcare access shaped by the launch of MassHealth. He studied at Clark Atlanta University and Georgia State University before building a career in delivering transformative IT solutions for organizations ranging from small firms to global leaders like Microsoft and Accenture. Deeply committed to mentorship and community impact, Marquis co-founded WeCare LF Inc. alongside Julian Riley, where he serves as Chief Information Officer overseeing IT systems, business development, and key partnerships. What began as a behind-the-scenes role has grown into a more public-facing leadership position as he helps guide WeCare’s expansion across Atlanta and beyond.

Change begins with care, and care begins with us.
